Returns & Refunds Policy

We want to give you peace of mind when you use our site and buy our products, so we guarantee to refund any item that you are not completely happy with. However, this should be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

It is your responsibility to make sure your delivery address is correct and completed in full before submitting your order. We will resend your order if it is returned to us, however we cannot re-send it if it is not returned. We cannot take responsibility if there is an error with the shipping address.


We are happy to help with any questions or queries you may have with your order from 90 days when the the order is sent.

If you want to return an item from your order please contact us by email at Items will only be accepted if they are returned to us within 14 days from when you received your order. We will send back any items to you if you have not informed us that you are returning them, this will be at your cost. Returned goods must be as new, unused and in the original packaging.

We will confirm the address to return the items by email. The items will remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Items should be sent by recorded delivery, we will not be responsible for returns lost in the post.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

It is rare that items in your order will be faulty or damaged, if you do receive a damaged or faulty item will will either refund you or replace the item. Please contact us by email at within 14 days from receiving your order and return the items as above.

If you are returning items from the UK, these should be sent by First Class Recorded Delivery. If you are returning items from overseas, these should be returned using your country’s national postal service. We will not be responsible for items until we have received them and we recommended that you insure anything you send to us.


We will exchange items from your order for different products in our range if they are returned within 14 days from receiving your order. The items must be as new and returned in the original packaging. Please contact us on before you return your items, letting us know what you would like to exchange.

You will need to pay the difference between the items, if they cost more, and we will also charge you for the cost of sending the exchange items to you. We will charge you card for these extra costs. If you paid with an alternative method, you will need to pay the extra cost before the replacement goods are sent to you. If the cost is lower than your returned goods, we will be refund the difference to you, less shipping costs.


If you want a refund we will return this to the card you used when you made your order, however shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will not refund the cost of returning the items, except for faulty or damaged items.

All refunds will be made by crediting the card you paid with when you made the order. If you used an alternative method of payment we will send you a cheque.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return.
